Chapter 3: Fingering Techniques for Intense Orgasms
Readers... I have masturbated so much in my life that my wrist is tired. Until recently, I had never really thought about my masturbation process. I like calling it "my masturbation process," as if I were some kind of artist working exclusively with female ejaculate—it makes my fingering feel more sophisticated.
Through all these years of my masturbation journey, I have learned a lot. In this chapter, I will share some powerful techniques you can use to finger yourself to intense orgasms.
The G-Spot
By now, I think everyone knows where the G-spot is. Some say it feels like the roof of your mouth near the back. Curl your fingers against the upper wall of your vagina, and you will find it—it feels soft with small ridges on the surface.
Before we get into the techniques, there are two things you need to remember:
- The G-spot swells when you're aroused. If you're not aroused, it will be harder to find.
- Do you know that "I need to pee" feeling when stimulating your G-spot? As you can see in anatomy images, the G-spot is located right next to your bladder. This explains the urge to pee. Don't worry, it's completely normal. You can reduce this feeling by emptying your bladder before masturbating or having sex.
Press Your G-Spot Downward
If you want to experience intense orgasms through internal fingering or penetration, applying pressure to your G-spot is essential. A simple trick to increase G-spot pressure is to press just below your pubic bone from the outside. This will push the G-spot slightly outward inside your vagina. Start gently, as you’ll immediately notice that the stimulation feels more intense.
Fingering: But How?
Now that we know exactly where the G-spot is, what movements should you make with your fingertips for maximum pleasure? There are three general movements that work best. Try each one and see which gives you the most pleasure.
-
Hold Pressure on One Spot – Press your fingertip on a specific spot on the vaginal wall and hold it there. The G-spot, in particular, is very sensitive to this. Experiment with different levels of pressure and the duration of holding it. Once you find a spot that responds well, try repeatedly pressing it, like pushing a button.
-
Stroke Along the Wall – Place your fingertip on one spot and drag your finger smoothly along the wall. Repeat this motion and adjust the speed and pressure to your preference for maximum satisfaction.
-
Rub Up and Down – Instead of one long stroke (like in the previous technique), move your finger up and down in shorter, repetitive motions. Again, applying pressure is important, and the G-spot is the perfect target for this technique.
G-Spot Stimulation Process
- Start with one finger to warm up the G-spot, as this builds up stimulation gradually and prevents discomfort. Using two fingers too soon can ruin the experience or even cause pain.
- Make gentle contact at first, then gradually increase the intensity of your movements for more pleasure.
- If you repeat the same motion too many times, the G-spot can become desensitized. Keep switching techniques to maintain its sensitivity.
- Combine stimulation with other sensitive areas—stimulating only the G-spot is often not enough. The sensation becomes stronger when you shift focus away for a moment and then return to it.
- By alternating sensations, your body continues to release sexual energy, helping you relax more and leading to more intense orgasms.
Saving the Moment
As you know (see Orgasm Gap), the lack of clitoral stimulation during penetration is the #1 cause of the orgasm gap. That’s why this final fingering technique is especially useful for women who struggle to orgasm from internal stimulation alone.
If G-spot stimulation alone doesn’t work for you, try this technique:
- Use one hand to keep stimulating your G-spot in the background.
- With your other hand, stimulate your clitoris (as described in Chapter 2).
By now, your body has already built up a lot of sexual energy from the G-spot stimulation, so your second hand just needs to finish the job. You will still have an intense orgasm, and over time, you may find yourself enjoying G-spot stimulation more and more.
Have fun! 🎉
